Solid w/t/c, smooth gaits, needs a little work picking up his left lead, neckreins, yeilds to leg and has a good whoa. Blow him a kiss and Feather will jog, kiss again and he will lope off. Will work in the ring. Under saddle this boy is a total gentleman. Super easy to ride, not complicated at all. Can sit without having to be worked, same horse every time. On the ground Feather is gentle and well mannered. Trailride alone or with others, lead or follow, no spook, bolt, rear or buck. Very sure footed, crosses water. Unaffected by wildlife, machinery, dogs and vehicles. Feather loves to be groomed and bathed. Good for saddling and bridling. Picks up all feet and goes barefoot. Stands like a genleman at the mounting block. Neat in a stall, no cribbing. Good turned out in a mixed herd. Feather is middle in the herd, easy to catch. Loads and unloads with ease, hauls well.
